4. Booking & Payments

• Prices are displayed clearly before confirmation

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways

• DCleaner is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party services

5. Service Providers (Vendors)

• Vendors are independent contractors, not employees of DCleaner

• DCleaner verifies vendors but does not guarantee service outcomes

• Any service disputes should be reported promptly for resolution

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on service type

• Late cancellations may be subject to charges

• Refund eligibility is determined after review of the case

7. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information

• Abuse service providers or platform staff

• Attempt fraudulent activities

• Violate any applicable laws

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

DCleaner is not liable for:

• Direct actions of service providers

• Property damage unless proven negligence

• Service delays beyond reasonable control

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, and design elements are the property of DCleaner and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

11. Governing Law
